- New AR Technology Revealed
ARKit introduced with iOS 11 turned iOS into world's biggest AR platform by putting the AR technology in the hands of millions of users.With iOS 11.3, Apple rolled out ARKit 1.5 to developers to provide even more immersive AR experiences that better integrate with the world.
Features of the new ARKit 1.5:
- Can turn signs, canvas, and stamps into interactive AR experiences.
- Can now place virtual objects on vertical planes in addition to horizontal surfaces like tables and bed.
- Can more accurately recognize irregularly shaped objects.
- Can now find and recognize the position of 2D images.
- 1.5 times better resolution and now supports auto-focus also.
2. New Animoji - Something Cool and Cute
New Animoji in iOS 11.3 update includes a total of 4 new characters.A dragon, bear, skull, and lion.

3. Battery Performance - Better Controls
iOS 11.3 has been confirmed to introduce new features to show battery health and recommendations if a battery needs to be serviced.These can be found in the Battery section of the Settings. It is available for iPhone 6 and later.
Note: These features will be coming in a later iOS 11.3 beta release.
4. An improved Health App
The new Health Records feature will combine data from all the health institutions and the existing Health app to make it easy for consumers to see their available medical data from multiple sources.Health Records data is confirmed to be encrypted and protected with a passcode.

- Apple Music will be introducing add-free music videos.
- HomeKit software will have improved Privacy and Protection procedures.
